More great news?  Yes! What an exciting time in which we are learning how to thrive anew. I am bowled over and again humbled by how quickly the expansion of pure Source energy is perfecting, illuminating, cleansing, reawakening, and activating.  What a wild spring this continues to be!  Spring cleaning feels good, yes?

Clearly Miss Luna here came with full backstage pass to pure Source’s springiest energy, but how exciting to see the rainbows of our first ever Kids Dancing Hands Circle, (on which we danced and talked about), appear in her pictures immediately after as she and her beautiful mom took to the red rocks to play! I am so looking forward to Mama Nena and Luna back in Portland this Saturday, May 21 at Nia HQ, too.  Yay x 7!

 

As I’ve shared before, returning to Nia HQ is a homecoming, albeit bittersweet.  Some of the most painful parts of my herstory were exorcised and then blessedly released through the amazing Nia Technique – 8 modalities of movement to encourage the sacred athlete.  To bring the Dancing Hands here is a full circle homage to my beloved teacher(s) and friends who encouraged me to step in, bravely, fully, and dance to the center of it all – PTSD pain and loss as well as triumph from surviving to thriving again.  It was through this practice I was able to reclaim my body and soul dancing together as one.  Debbie Rosas, the co-creator of this global movement 😉 will even be teaching two classes Sat. AM before our Dancing Hands Circle, so you can bet I’ll be at least one Nia class before our Circle.  If you’d like to join in, too, the dance floor is big, beautiful, and open!  Want to experience this awesome practice near you — go to nianow.com – they are all around the world, (but 90 min. from my new home in CA – hence the bittersweet part.)

From Portland we dance to Bellingham, WA for two more circles!  The Pacific Northwest is land of so many people I love and am so happy to share in the awesome beauty that drums, sings, claps, and soars from there.  This Sweet Spot Pacific Northwest Tour is ripe and fresh, so please JOIN US! UPDATE on Zoom Live Streaming – we talked about expanding a JDH Zoom Circle with the Circle already standing Sun. eve from Bellingham, but it feels one layer of too crazy on the road. Also immediately FOR EVERYONE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD US A CONTACT! We just found out that many who wished to be a part of this list and our simple Zoom lifestream JDH Circles didn’t get their Zoom confirmation emails or they were delayed for hours and sometimes days, because many servers thought we were spam.  Now we know!

More good news! We may now have our solution to get the music to play through my Zoom live stream app, too, so that it will sound as nice with you as it does here, (thank you anonymous angel!), but while we are working that out, as a backup we’ll provide a music list via Spotify before the session, just in case which we can also play.  For the backup plan, you’ll need to download the free Spotify app in advance. You can leave your mic up to listen to the session while your music simultaneously plays and the hands dance or you can play with no music!  All good.

 

 

YES! Next weekend, Memorial Day SUN, May 29 ABDY returns to Venice, CA for his only western US stop for months.  For more than 15 years Abdy has been inspiring a dear Soul Family to join together and support one another for our collective and most collaborative good and beyond the many healing stories, he awakens as many to their latent talents and gifts, including my own humble gift of the dancing hands. READ why I think everyone should come and meet him and then JOIN US at at Full Circle Venice.

The first East Coast Sweet Spot Dancing Hands Tour begins June 4, 2016 with two stops in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and Maryland to round out the events.  Due to unexpected circumstances I am no longer going to Vermont this tour, but perhaps instead I can swing through and see Abdy in Philadelphia or visit and dance with my friends in NYC.  If you are desirous of a private session at any of these events, please contact Suzi at angel@old2.janesibbett.com or the event angel in the city.

More tales to tell from those who are writing in about their experiences with the dancing hands.  I’m thinking of creating a special page on the website that keeps an ongoing journal of those who do more than just one dancing hands session, but connect either by Skype, phone, or remotely while I’m in sessions with others.  If you’re watching the Sparkling Circle Facebook page know that many go there to share if not on my personal FB page, which is now all filled up.  Would you like a journal/page like that of the Sparkling JDH Circle?  For now keep your eyes on the testimonial pages for more recent additions.
