Last week we were fleshing out two sides of the Mama Aina story from California to Hawaii – my side and hers and the subsequent and amazing clearing of her big C scare. Read here if you missed it. The sweet Change continues dancing wonder in many of us.
There are three different ways to experience the dancing hands:
1) ZOOM
After last week’s successful experiment with a Dancing Circle connecting a global group via the Zoom app on the Internet we are diving back in again and this week we are creating two circles, so that our friends overseas may more easily join us.

What’s Zoom? It’s a super easy, super low-tech free app like Skype, but one that allows groups of 50, 100, or up to 500 to gather, dance, see, and chat with one another, too. If you’re shy you can also hide in the dark, too. Pajama parties are encouraged for more joy so invite your friends and jump in on one ticket if you like. 2) LIVE EVENTS
Our Pacific Northwest and East Coast Sweet Spot Tours begin in one week!
· Sat., May 21, 12:30PM I return to the gorgeous and inspirational Nia HQ, (nianow.com) in Portland, Oregon, the genesis of so much healing dancing for many of us around the world. Take a Nia class in the AM with the co-creator of Nia, and then join the Dancing Hands Circle after lunch. All Nia instructors, Veterans, Elders, Students, and Braco America volunteers ½ off JDH Circle.
· Sun. May 22 Bellingham, WA just got busier and even more lovely! The 1:00PM Dancing Hands circle is now followed by a 7PM circle in a new venue. As always we are also adding more private dancing hands sessions between these sessions with overflow Monday, May 23 AM. I’m overjoyed.
Yes, you may immerse yourself in all of it and go to one, two, or even three circles this weekend. Road trip to your personal sweet spot with pure Source energy? Yes, yes, yes.
3) PRIVATE SESSIONS
We recently set up an easy scheduler on the website so that you can have a private session with me via Skype or telephone. For those out of my Pacific Time Zone, use our handy time zone calculator built right into the site. (Thank you, website angels!) Donation Thursday and Pay it Forward Friday options are still out there for those who have fluid needs and desires for help and helping others. I acutely know what it’s like to be hurting and not be able to afford support so please do not be shy if you have a real need. We are teachers of one another and I’m grateful for you, too. Blessings abound for all and this is a circle of fair exchange, yes? Recently I had an elderly woman pay me in a hug and fresh lemons and I was delighted! Thanks all for your support as I help others.
From This week’s Sparkling Circle Blog: Red Rocks, Crystal kids, and God talks
After this past weekend with the magical people and elemental exuberance of Sedona, Arizona, many 
new folk have been overflowing with even more of the same heart opening and gratitude. Just the experience of breathing in that fresh sun-showered air, dancing bare toes in the red dirt and being wrapped in bright birdsong of the blue skies is so powerful that when I stepped inside the cool library of Sedona for first the circle with the children, and then later again with an even larger group of young and young at heart, I could fairly hear the cosmic librarians of consciousness whispering cheers. “Crack open the binding! Dip these body plumes into divine inky pinky-swear inspiration and delight! Bold strokes now! Dash out the dull! Doodle and draw curly q hearts with wings in your margins! There you are. Highlight the best passages, and then co-create brand new stories of harmony, health and happiness. Every edge is gilded in dancing gold and light!” Yes.
Babies as young as five months old were wriggling, Crystal and Rainbow kids boogie-ing, golden oldie wise elders saying “Finally! Now I know what I must do again. Dance! I’ve missed this part!” So yes, again, Sedona was an awesome full day dance, flooding every layer of this valley of enchantment with those ancient oceans of original joy that we all know as heaven on earth. At one point in the evening circle, through a dear, once-sad portal precious sublime redheaded laughter burst into flames and we ALL became ignited by the bliss. LOL x 7jillion. Crazy and sweet even still that something as simple as a pair of dancing hands in a circle with friends and strangers could catch fire and burn us clean to our wildflower spring. Glorious. And again, I’m so grateful!
But not all Dancing Hands experiences are so exuberant. Some dancing hands interactions are quiet. Some are tearful. Some are full of release. A winter’s thaw. A sacred reunion. All are intimate kisses from the divine to the tenderest places of the heart, but each one has its own shape. Unchoreographed, the dancing hands move from fast spinning mudras to light speed spin. My body twists from hip hopping hilarity to a swirling, shimmering sheen. I never know where we’ll go, but with a yes, may I help you, Goodness conspires.
