Blue Skies!
Some quotes from this week:
“He’s not walked in weeks and weeks, but the day after you worked on him he walked unassisted. ”
“I feel so peaceful. All my cares have vanished.”
“After my session with you, I walked right down the street and my son who hasn’t allowed me to see him in more than a year let me visit him. He told me he loved me and has missed me! How can I thank you?”
“I have never felt so connected to Source energy as I do now (after the Circle.) Can you teach me how to have this all the time?”
“After the Quanta Circle I manifested the best job making more money than I’ve ever made in my life.”
“This is so weird! I feel amazing! How… ? — I don’t care how. I just want everyone I know to experience this.”
What a week! I’d like to offer you some perspective as I dance in my pleather seat a mile high above the cold, parched land. Here we fly through a pale rainbow with belly to the haze of clouds below. Douglas Spotted Eagle’s music plays in my ears and God/Source/the Universe/Creator is clearly winking as a happy, active young boy plays peek-a-boo over the seat with me as I type, much to the chagrin of his weary mother, admonishing him in Korean. The kind gentleman in elegant sweats who was in the TSA line ahead of me, and whose Mexican passport was carefully accessed, just swung by my seat with a cheery hello. A rodeo cowboy sleeps nearby with his hat on his lap and his ropes in the overhead bin in a tidy bag. A granny sighs into her Kindle as she absentmindedly plays with a heart hanging around her neck. A woman in a headscarf curls into the shelter of her thin husband’s shoulder while a young teen mom nurses her tiny baby a few rows away. A bearded man in a flannel shirt and a John Deere baseball cap is tapping his novel on his laptop and the flight attendant today is the same one who recognized me many flights earlier this year by saying, “Aren’t you…?” and instead of saying my name aloud danced her hands! None of us knew that we’d be on this plane together, but here we are – a jumble of memories, dreams, fears, hopes, and views from our seats of the world just outside of our window.
And while I’d like to share a Happy Anniversary to the Dancing Hands Circle tours, (can you believe it’s been a year already I’ve been out on the road!), I’d really like to pull our focus all together and show you the sky. From my window the white puffy clouds have given way to a brown haze that looks dirty, but behind me someone is looking at the spectacularly white snowy mountain range I passed over a moment ago. On the right side of the plane the teen mom can see the sun and her son, but the thin husband can only see the tears that quietly roll down his wife’s face. The pilot is scanning the horizon looking for the markers of our journey, while his co-pilot is checking the instruments and making sure we are not in any danger. The little boy in front of me has just pulled his shade down for the 100th time hoping for an in-flight cartoon now that our peek-a-boo is done, while my new Mexican friend is looking for a real alien flying in the sky with us. Are any of us wrong in what we see? We are all in the same plane, all going toward Austin, Texas, all different perspectives and windows to the view. Many of us speak the same language, I’d hazard to guess many also not, but even from 24A I can hear a West Texas twang, a Latino musicality, a New York edge, and the lilt of the good, little boy showing how very good he thinks he’s being. The usual Universal language of laughter is markedly less this week, I noticed the same on my flight to and from New Mexico and Seattle, too, but when we come together and remember we’re all in this plane together, that someone is piloting us, there are attendants to give us help, refreshment, and guidance, and even some who if they’ve not seen your slice of blue sky, know that it’s coming, your slice was surely as true as theirs, and we’ll all get out of this plane approximately around the same time it might bring a little comfort to our achy hearts.
Few of us have been on bouncy flight of spin drama the likes of which we’ve experienced this week around this part of the world, but when we breathe, look into one another’s eyes, share our views with our most open, loving, empathetic hearts, and do our best to allow the best and the highest good for all to flow through us all with a joyful yes, the way that purest Source energy encourages my hands and me to do when we dance with each of you, you, too, may see, that we’re going to be fine, not matter what comes our way.
